Emmet is the Managing Director of Maohaus and an academic specialising in innovation, strategy, and digital transformation. His work focuses on advising organisations on how to translate research, data, and emerging technologies into clear strategy, innovation initiatives, and market opportunities. With professional experience in both the USA and China, he brings an international perspective to research commercialisation, innovation strategy, and market development across knowledge-intensive and technology-driven sectors. His research explores how governance, digital technologies, and strategic marketing can support more inclusive innovation and sustainable socio-economic development.
Lin serves as Director of Business Development. Originally from Fujian Province, China, she brings extensive international experience working with Chinese and global organisations across business, manufacturing, and higher education environments. Through her work with international companies, she has supported cross-border collaborations and commercial partnerships, including negotiations with manufacturers and suppliers in China to establish contractual agreements and production relationships. At Maohaus, she leads business development and international partnerships, helping organisations connect research, innovation, and market opportunities across borders.
